Homegrown golf

Sunday I had to drop Louis and Jayden at the movies for a birthday party so the rest of us took a short drive out of town to capture Mt Buller on such a beautiful day...

Then we went home and had a hit of golf in the yard.  It was such a beautiful winters day I knew we had to do something outdoors.  Dad gave them a brief lesson and then they went for it.  We painted the golf balls pink so that we could hopefully find them easier but I think we still lost one or two. Haha.

We may not have any golf pro's on our hands but I can't think of a prettier place to play a bit of backyard golf! xoxo

1st day of school 2016!!

These boys were excited (and a little nervous!), although they were up and ready early which was a win!

Arriving at school...

 Louis: Grade 5, Mrs Robinson

Dylan: Grade 3, Mr Corden

Ethan: Grade 2, Mrs Wareham

Jayden: Next week buddy!

I collected them in the afternoon and we all got celebration slushies!  After dinner we were ready for a little Wii bowling!

Look at the face on Jayden...haha...
